Home Secretary Suella Braverman last night warned pro-Palestine protesters who glorified terror at a mass rally in London: \u201cThe police are coming for you.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She\u00a0hit out following\u00a0the march on Saturday\u00a0during which two women sported pictures of paragliders on their jackets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is thought the image was intended to depict Hamas terrorists who flew into Israel to take part in the\u00a0slaughter of 1,300 civilians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dave Rich, from the Community Security Trust, which helps protect Jewish families, called it \u201ca blatant example of support for, and glorification of,\u00a0terrorism\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He said: \u201cWe call on anybody who can identify them to pass that information to the\u00a0police.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cops were hunting the women, who had attached the symbols to the back of their red and black jackets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mrs Braverman, meanwhile, thanked the police who she said had worked \u201cin difficult circumstances\u201d to manage the tens of thousands of protesters in\u00a0London.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She said: \u201cNumerous arrests were made as a result of pockets of disorder, violence and hate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTo those who saw fit to promote genocide, glorify terrorism and mock the\u00a0murder of Jewish people, including women and babies, the police are coming for you.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fifteen people were charged with offences including possessing a knife, intentionally causing racially aggravated harassment and failing to remove a face covering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The\u00a0Met\u00a0said it was reviewing footage from the protest to pinpoint other crimes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A spokesman said: \u201cThere is no place for hate in London and we will use the\u00a0law\u00a0to ensure anyone who engages in such behaviour is held to account.\u201d<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
